onsite parking was very clean. the hosts were great. the location proves very good. orange juice and cereals were on offer for breakfast. toast and tea arrived hot. the owners are friendly, and the hotel is lovely.
the bathroom felt a little small, i understood the limitations.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and I found it very tasty. The location allowed easy access to Windermere center. I appreciated the short walk. It was nice to come and go as I pleased. No disturbances occurred .
The bathroom felt a bit small. I understand space limitations exist.

the breakfast included orange juice and cereals i also had hot toast with my tea. the hosts provided friendly service and the location includes parking. i especially liked that the hotel was close to the village but still quiet at night.
the bathroom was small this might be due to space limitations in the building.

the owners were very helpful and friendly breakfast was made to order each morning. karen showed great hospitality and ensured everyone felt welcome. andy was also very kind and attentive to all the guests.

the guest house is a short walk to the marina and the town center. it is about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the lake. the location is strategic for visiting viewpoints and nearby attractions.
