clean cabin friendly staff
My spacious room was clean. I really enjoyed the hot tub!!! All staff members were cheerful and friendly. I saw SO many Christmas trees.
I had jacuzzi bath but there was no hot water.

helpful staff delicious meal great access dirty room unusable socket small room
the staff were helpful and friendly. lunch and evening meals were amazing. food was beautifully presented and delicious. access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym was convenient.
The room was not cleaned properly from previous users. The toilet was unflushed. the curtains did not fit, and there were no usable plug sockets. the pillows and duvet felt old and lumpy. the room size was small.

I booked a twin room and received a room with one double bed and one single. The beds felt VERY comfortable. The bathroom included a large shower, it had a non-slip mat provided.
The hotel decor seemed a little unloved.

the breakfast offered really good choices ensuring a good start to the day. i particularly appreciated the pool and gym access that allowed for great relaxation. the helpful blonde receptionist made our arrival seamless and cute she ensured a smooth check in process.

The staff was very friendly, especially the restaurant staff. the location was great too, with lovely views all round! there was plenty of room inside for relaxation, and the bars were great..
The rooms felt very dated, and they did not look as expected from the photos. the old carpets were not very appealing, and the furniture felt outdated. There was no fridge in the room, it was inconvenient..

fabulous view log fire tasty food dirty gym cold jacuzzi black mold
The location offered fabulous views. The log fire was fantastic for the cooler nights. Breakfast had really tasty food!!!
The gym was dirty, and some equipment did not work. The jacuzzi was not hot. The general maintenance was lacking, and I observed black mold in my room.
