lovely food excellent service friendly staff broken rings hanging curtains tea mugs
the location it is fantastic! it is near some places of interest. the food was lovely, and the service was excellent from the start. the staff were very friendly and professional, a credit to the hotel.
i didnt like the mugs on the hot drinks table in our room. the curtains at the window were hanging down. the rings were broken. my husband fixed them as well as he could.

the location was superb, right by the lake.
The room had a musty smell, and the bathroom felt really dated. It all needed a good clean. the price i paid definitely didn't match the room quality.

I stayed for a few nights and it was mostly excellent. the breakfast cooked to order was among the best i've experienced. the pool was good. Also the sauna and steam room. the staff ensured i had a pleasant stay, everything was enjoyable.
My room needed a refresh. Although it was very clean. i could only get the radiator to be fully on or fully off. There was no in-between setting.
