the spa facilities were great (i especially liked the outdoor pools). i found the breakfast to be nice, with good choices. the staff was helpful and polite . the location was ideal, perfect for exploring the area.
the bar was quite busy, leading to a short wait for drinks.

Underwhelming Swan Experience

The room I booked was not up to par. The outdated furniture and damaged wallpaper were quite noticeable. The air conditioning was not functional. The room seemed like a sauna. I had to request a new fan twice, and the replacement was covered in dust. It seems they're economizing on upkeep.

mixed experience with some issues
road noise
I booked a garden view room, but i received a room at the front facing the river. The noise from the road was significant. the conference room next to my room was in use daily, and furniture was moved around early in the mornings. breakfast service was slow. It took a long time to receive coffee, and the food was overcooked some days.
