nicely spaced room private hot tub big bath suite unavailability decking issue view absence
the room was lovely and nicely spaced out. it had doors that opened all the way across so i could open them to take in the view from the bed. the bathroom included a nice big bath. i also had a private hot tub overlooking the lake, a very relaxing feature..
i paid for a junior suite. upon arrival i was told it was unavailable because of an issue with decking.

a amazing lakeside experience!!!
warm greeting luggage holding clear explanation friendly staff
the staff greeted us with warmth. they held our luggage as we were early for check-in. transportation advice was offered with clear explanations. the bar staff was friendly and cute. we will be returning for another stay.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear neighbors. the wifi was sometimes patchy. i had to ask for the wifi code.

fine views powerful shower mint cake chocolates
The Double view room offered fine views. The room had a very powerful shower, a great addition after a long day. The hotel also provided tea and coffee in the room. some lovely Kendal mint cake chocolates!!!
The double bed was quite small. That was a slight issue for me.
