a satisfactory experience
secure parking comfortable bed water pressure awkward feeling
the hosts were cute and provided all necessary details. the parking arrangements were secure and convenient. the room had coffee, tea, biscuits, soft towels, and toiletries. the bed was very comfortable. breakfasts offered juices, cereals, fruit, nuts, yogurt, and cooked options like pancakes.
i noticed inconsistent water pressure in the shower. i also received a phone call questioning a previous rating i had given. i felt interrogated for leaving an 8/10 review regarding value for money. the call.

a good stay
shoe tray leaflets availability ideal location quiet atmosphere
caz and steve provided great hospitality throughout my visit I liked the shoe tray in the room it was very useful there were also lots of leaflets available for planning day trips the location was ideal near the bus stop and local amenities though it remained quiet at night
the bathroom mirror was slightly too high for me however, it was still manageable for daily use i had to stretch a bit to see myself fully

the room featured a comfortable bed with quality linen i found everything spotlessly clean and well kept the decor was finished to a very high standard with thoughtful touches the room felt very cosy.

secure parking was provided nearby at no extra charge this was a huge bonus for me given the central location the guest house felt very cosy and cute to all guests the relaxed atmosphere of the bed and breakfast was very pleasant.

the owners were attentive and nothing was too much trouble they were very helpful with suggestions about where to visit breakfast featured excellent quality products cooked to order the hospitality from steve and caz made the stay really good.

charming getaway!!!
clean room comfortable bed quality toiletries secure parking
the superior king room was impeccably clean. the bed was comfortable! white, fluffy towels and quality toiletries were provided. i felt very secure, especially with the well-organised parking.
the water pressure in the shower was slightly lower than i prefer, but it was still functional.

the location had parking a short walk away, and that was included in the price. the b&b provided little extras like umbrellas and local information, very useful when exploring.

premium bedding secure parking peace of mind
my room, a king room, offered such comfort. It included premium bedding. the secure parking space was a surprise bonus. i appreciated having that peace of mind in a busy area.
the shower pressure was a little low at times.

low pressure cramped room
The room was adequately clean.
The shower pressure was noticeably low. I also found the room to be smaller than expected given the description. Maneuvering around the bed was difficult. This cramped feeling detracted from the overall experience.

modern decor home comfort wide range inconsistent water negative feedback competitive price
The room décor was modern and in line with the Lake District theme. I found little home comforts included. Breakfast featured a wide range of options cooked to order (I liked that). Free parking was also available, a big plus.
I noticed the water pressure in the shower was not consistent. I also think the owners should handle negative feedback better. I think the price could be more competitive considering other options in the area.
