The breakfast choices were acceptable. Everything tasted fine.
The room felt cramped. It was hard to move around. This made it difficult to sleep past 7am. furthermore, the wi-fi signal was unreliable. i experienced frequent disconnections.

Lorna is a cute host. She remembered my name, it. The breakfast had good quality ingredients and many choices. My room included thoughtful extras. I felt very pampered.
The hotel is a little dated inside and somewhat dark.

lorna were really friendly and showed us where everything were. breakfast was amazing, and it has loads of choice like cereals and yogurts.
our room were small. the road were far away and there are no close parking for our car.

Really good Hospitality and Delicious Breakfasts

Lorna welcomed us warmly and were really good. The breakfast selection had everything imaginable and tasted delicious. I was surprised when my son got his own room. Lorna prepared it when she found it was available. The beds and pillows were big and comfortable.
There wasn't any on-site parking, so I had to park far up the road. It was a bit inconvenient when bringing in our luggage.

The Family Ensuite Room featured comfortable beds and daily restocking of coffee, tea, biscuits, and marshmallows. It. The room had ample space, cleanliness and included everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Breakfast included generous portions and options to mix and match items, so I created my perfect morning meal. There was a huge variety of condiments and sauces available. It enhanced the dining experience. The host cooked the breakfast to order.

The location is close to the town center. A short walk to Castlerigg Stone Circle is easily accessible from the guesthouse, offering a unique experience. It is a great location to access other areas.
