onsite parking lovely touch breakfast service distant railway station heating control
i loved the onsite parking, it made everything so easy. the breakfast was served right to our room each morning, i think its a lovely touch.
the location wasn't the best, the railway station was further than i think. also, the heating wasn't controlled in our room, i reminded me of i needed more control over that.

Mark was super helpful. He paid close attention to our needs all the time. The continental breakfast in the room was a great touch. It was a very nice change from going downstairs for it.
The location is just average. The listing said it was near the railway station. Walking there was not that easy. The heating was not very good, control of it was not in the room plus it was not on enough I had to ask to switch it on.

inadequate heating poor breakfast
off-road parking WAS available, always a plus.
the heating was not adequate at all. i requested earlier check-in but it was refused, INCONVENIENT. also, i expected a better breakfast with more options, especially eggs.

mark was lovely. breakfast delivered each morning to our room was fab. it isn't often we have breakfast in bed together.
the location is fine, though not directly next to the railway station. this detail should be updated for clarity.

The room had excellent decor. Everything I needed was available. Breakfast was continental and brought directly to my room. The breakfast was prompt and super helpful.
The location was average THOUGH the train station accessibility wasn't as close as I had hoped.

quick check-in amazing location delicious breakfast
i found the check-in and check-out process quick. the location proved amazing with a nearby bus stop, facilitating easy travel. the room, a double room private bathroom, was both spacious and clean. the breakfast arrived directly to the room and it tasted delicious.
