I found the staff friendly and cute! the pool facilities were great. I swam every day. the room i stayed in was spacious and clean. the decor in the bar area showcased the hotel's rich history, which i really enjoyed.

The superior double room included a modern smart tv and a comfortable bed. the room was spacious. I could easily relax after a long day. the radiator kept the room warm during the cool evenings.

Breakfast offered plenty of choices, and the service was good. the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. I particularly enjoyed the traditional english breakfast. the food was AMAZING!!!

I found the staff helpful at check in. A staff member even showed us nearby parking since the car park was full! The check in was easy and efficient. I LOVED that the heating was on, so the room was warm and inviting upon arrival.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. the secure parking was a definite plus, giving me peace of mind . i particularly enjoyed the breakfast. It set me up perfectly for each day exploring.
I did experience some noise from deliveries early in the morning. It slightly disrupted my sleep.

The location was ideal. It's right in the middle of everything. the room was clean and inviting. Blackout curtains were present, too.
The directions to the parking lot were confusing. the hotel needs to give better directions i feel, when you turn down the road to the carpark, you go through what looks like m&s loading bay. Go through, and it's at the bottom.
