kitchen facilities shared kitchen clean bathroom hot water dated room broken blind
the shared kitchen facilities were great. the location offered easy access to nearby trails. the bathroom, and the room were clean. it was a great bonus.
There was no hot water. the room was very dated, curtains didn't close properly.

totally loved the vibe!
convenient location shared kitchen weekend walking
the huge shared kitchen was totally awesome for self-catering. i loved that they let me keep my car there while i went walking for the weekend. the location was super convenient too!
there weren't any staff on site i only had a phone to say i got there

the hotel is in the heart of the lake district. i found it a super short drive to scafell pike car park. it was also far away from crowds i loved it

great location and spacious rooms
sized room large bathroom comfortable bed
the room was nicely sized and the bathroom was large. the bed was comfortable. the communal kitchen is useful and equipped with everything needed to make a nice meal.

i had a room but it was very dated the curtains did not close properly the bathroom blind was broken it also did not fit the window i think the staff found it funny when i told them

a decent stay
comfy beds large kitchen dated room broken blind
i liked the location. it was away from busy roads and crowds. comfy beds were available and there was a fabulous large kitchen.
the room was very dated. curtains did not close properly. the bathroom blind was broken. it didn't fit the window, not ideal because the glass is clear and the shower is opposite.

fab stay near the steam train!
garden views comfy bed large fridge steam train
my room had garden views and a super comfy large bed. the kitchen let me make snacks and cuppas so easy. it was great i could keep food in the large fridge. it's so close to the mini steam train, i walked up the tracks to the station.
my room curtains didn't close and the bathroom blind didn't fit the window good, so i had to use towels.
