excellent stay
friendly staff tasty breakfast clean hotel attentive service
the staff was friendly and efficient the breakfast tasted great the hotel was clean in all areas i appreciated the attentive service i found everything well kept. i liked the fresh smell of the place it was very inviting. the food was very nice i am grateful for the host's attentiveness and kindness.
a couple of bulbs were out in my room so the lighting wasn't great i reported it to the front desk.

the room featured nice decor it was spacious and the bed provided a comfy nights sleep i liked that there was plenty of space to relax. the sea views from some windows offer a lovely look over the coastline and harbour.

breakfast was cooked to order i think it was excellent dinner one evening proved delicious too there was a wide choice available on the menu and the wine list was acceptable. the generous portions.

the staff were very friendly efficient and helpful i felt my needs were well taken care of. tyler greeted me upon arrival he was professional polite and friendly. his service.

the location was perfect for me i noticed the town centre was only yards away and the harbour was very close. i also found local restaurants pubs and bars were easily accessible from this location. the views of the storms coming from the west were amazing.

The staff were warm and professional. The restaurant service was efficient, and the menu included good choices. It catered for various allergies with generous portions. Parking behind the building was convenient because finding a spot nearby can be difficult.
The carpet in the room needed a thorough cleaning.

My standard double room offered ample storage. It had a kettle, provided drinks, and included a fruit bowl (a lovely touch!). A hairdryer was available, so I did not need to unpack mine.

Reception staff were friendly and cute. Tyler greeted me upon arrival and demonstrated really good professionalism. I found his polite and helpful attitude a great asset to this hotel (very pleasant person!).

charming stay by the sea
warm welcome excellent food relaxing getaway
I found the staff warm, offering a genuine welcome . the food was also very well prepared. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent, with the fish and chips standing out. the hotel provided a lovely atmosphere, ensuring a relaxing getaway.
The shower pressure was slightly lower than i expected. it was manageable.

cocktail bar lovely cocktails great portion size
the staff opened the cocktail bar for us, great. i enjoyed some lovely cocktails. the food in the hotel restaurant had a great portion size.
The room was heated by a blow air heater on the wall. The room became too warm. when it switched off, it went cold immediately. it was also very noisy.

boring view excessive noise
the view from the room window WAS boring. children ran along the corridor noisily, and i did report it. one bulb was blown, another flickered, and the last one was dim. the pub next door made excessive noise, and there was live MUSIC.

convenient access helpful staff damp spots basic room
the location was good for exploring the town center. the food in the restaurant was pleasant. i found the staff to be nice and helpful. the car park access was convenient.
the room i had was quite basic. i observed some damp spots on the wall, not great. a chair in the room would have been useful. the stairs were difficult for me.
