complimentary upgrade private hot tub free spa use
i received a complimentary upgrade to a windermere suite with a private hot tub. spa use was free. this was NICE. i definitely recommend a suite with a hot tub as it provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the views.
the breakfast could offer more variety for the price.

we stayed in a double room with a hot tub. it included robes and slippers. the hot tub was clean and private. the service for drinks to the room was quick and reliable.
the breakfast buffet was crowded during peak hours, so A little waiting was necessary.

excellent experience
helpful staff amazing food great facilities massive room
i found the staff very helpful, especially Patrick, he gave us a tour. food at the restaurant was fantastic. Cocktails in the terrace bar were also amazing. i loved the room, it was massive. the hot tub was unbelievable and much needed. It was set in an ideal place to walk into town. the spa facilities were great, and the treatments were amazing.
i think that the mattress in the room was okay, but not the best.

the hotel situates near the center, and it's easy to move to many places by foot, A GREAT plus if you like the convenience of walking, without HAVING TO use the car all the time.

the location was good. It was a short walk to attractions. The breakfast had a good selection of hot foods. The staff was also friendly to me.
my room didnt had a fridge. Lower star hotels usually provide that as standard. the spa experience didn't meet my expectations. The spa served alcohol, made the experience too rowdy
