mixed stay with some issues
poor sound insulation limescale buildup
i found some aspects disappointing . the room lacked proper sound insulation. i could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. the bathroom showed signs of wear and tear. the showerhead had limescale buildup and the grout needed cleaning. i also noticed a musty smell

Relaxing Stay with Excellent Spa
wonderful facial warm pool delicious food
The spa visit included a wonderful one-hour facial (with great attention to detail). Eva was very knowledgeable about the products used. The spa area featured a warm pool and a hot tub. The hotel restaurant offered delicious and reasonably priced food.

cute staff great breakfast clean room lake view
the staff was cute upon arrival. the breakfast included in the price was great quality. i noticed my room, the biskey lake view not pet friendly, was clean and beautifully presented. i had a great view of the lake from the room.
i noticed there was a daily charge for parking, even though the hotel has its own car park.

smart tv modern bathroom great breakfast rude receptionist dirty bedroom damp smell
the room was quite spacious with a modern bathroom. a smart tv was available in the bedroom. the bar had a lovely view. the breakfast was also great with a good selection.
the receptionist was unhelpful and rude. the bedroom was dirty and lacked coffee making products. i had to go to reception to collect those items myself. the smell of damp was noticeable in many areas.

the hotel provided dog bowl, a dog bed, and some treats for my dog. my room, pet friendly double, was comfortable and clean. tea, coffee, and a nespresso machine were available.
the hotel lift looked old and not particularly safe.
