friendly staff boutique feel welcome box
the staff were friendly and efficient. the hotel had a beautiful boutique feel. i appreciated the welcome box with spa goodies. i also enjoyed the coffee machine located in the room.
the bar prices were slightly high compared to local pubs.

The spa facilities included a steam room, a sauna, a hot tub, and a massage chair. The bath in my room was also lovely. The entire room offered great comfort. It was well-kept.

attentive staff fabulous standard inviting lounge service charge insulted feeling overall thrill
the staff were amazing and attentive. the standard of accommodation was fabulous in our suite. the lounge was very inviting and relaxing.
I found the additional service charge on all costs a bit of a joke. i felt insulted after seeing this. the room rate should be the room rate. It left me overall not thrilled because of this fact.
