Really good Dining and Comfort
bathroom products lovely staff
The room was beautifully decorated and had Pure Lakes bathroom products (a nice touch!). Breakfast was fantastic with lovely staff making me feel at home. The suggestion of wines to accompany my meal was excellent and the knowledge of the staff impressed me.
The room I stayed in was very small and cramped (the layout felt awkward). The wall lighting was too bright. It was impossible to create low lighting in the room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, quickly assisting with any needs I had. I received a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival and was promptly shown to my bedroom. Staff were great too ensure my comfort.

The room included quality tea and coffee facilities, fresh water, and a good hairdryer. The attention to detail was excellent, from locally sourced bathroom soaps and shampoos to the 'Indulgent Hot Chocolate'. The restaurant offers a tasting menu.

The location is easily accessible from the M6 (making travel convenient). I found the hotel's setting very appealing. The hotel offers a calm and relaxing environment away from busy tourist areas.

clean room friendly staff cramped room bright wall lighting
the room was clean and well appointed. the food was delicious and the staff were really friendly.
my room was small and cramped for three nights. wall lighting was too bright, this made it hard to have low lighting.

decorated suite clean room amazing menu
the SUITE i had was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Dinner proved amazing, especially the tasting menu.

bright lighting small room
I was slightly disappointed with our room. It was quite small. the wall lighting was also very bright. it made relaxing in the evening difficult. the room felt warm even after i turned off the radiator and opened a window. i expected better temperature control.
