Amazing Stay in a Fine Hotel!

They decorated the room with balloons for my birthday thanks to my thoughtful partner! The staff are so kind and very considerate, I appreciate it. I was so happy because they made my birthday extra special, yippee!
Parking was quite limited. I was nervous about leaving my car on the road.

The building includes a beautiful and serene garden and patio! I really enjoyed the under floor heating. Parking is available and I made use of it.

The room was modern and bright. The mini kitchen was equipped with everything i needed. I found the bathroom gorgeous and clean (i loved the design!).
The pillows were too soft, and my neck hurt. I suggest guests bring their own pillows to ensure a more comfortable sleep. I didn't sleep well at all.

The hotel has no restaurant. A pub with yummy meals is just across the road. It offered great customer service and also welcomed dogs.

The location is quiet and perfect for unwinding over the weekend. The hotel sits a short walk from the centre. The location is easy to reach from the station and from buses.

I loved that the room included a Dyson fan, perfect for warmer days. The hotel staff even provided hair straighteners in the room. I thought that was amazing!
The pillows in the room were too soft! My neck hurt a lot during the night. There wasn't any breakfast available at the hotel. It was a big letdown, honestly. I had to find somewhere early in the morning.

i really appreciated the stylish look of the hotel, it felt modern and fresh. having a mini refrigerator and microwave made snacking so easy. i found a hair straightener and these little extras. the privacy was excellent. i had a great time!
the shower was not very powerful, but everything else was pretty perfect!

the location is great, offering a quiet setting close to local amenities. the hotel is within a short, convenient walk to the town center, it took me only about five minutes to reach different points of interest.

I received check-in details via text on the day. Access was smooth using provided codes. staff oversight was available by phone, this gave me reassurance and a sense of security throughout my stay at the hotel.

the sofa bed was awful and not fit for purpose. you could feel the springs through the thin mattress. the radiator sides were hanging off.
