i appreciated the staff changing my room. i asked for a room away from the road, and they accommodated me. the bed was warm and comfortable. it included a tv and tea and coffee.
the bathroom required attention, especially the shower. i noticed the need for new silicone. i also found the toilet was not clean, disappointing.

i found a complimentary pool table near the bar. the car park behind the building was free. the staff helped locate and mail a device i had forgotten overseas.
the noise coming from the pub below continued until 1 am. this was a cheap night in a city location. i think a refurbishment of the place could improve my stay.

I really liked the smart TV in the room. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was also nice and warm.
My main issue was that the carpets were threadbare and dirty. It definitely needs some attention.

the pub downstairs offers convenience for drinks and meals without LEAVING the premises. There is also tea and coffee available in the room, which i appreciated. This allowed me to relax in my room after a long day.

location and parking facilities are excellent. The proximity to the train station and city centre, just five minutes away, offered easy access to transportation and amenities. A retail park located next door provides additional shopping options.
