The wedding I attended was great! The gardens were beautiful. The large, airy rooms were a plus. The character bar and dining room were also very nice.
The pillows in the room were old. They were also uncomfortable. I will bring my own next time.

i stayed for a wedding over two nights. the wedding meal had good choices, with portions served in a timely manner. all staff were attentive and very polite. breakfast also offered varied options, including a hearty cooked breakfast. the bed in room 1 was nice and neat. well done to all.

the hotel gardens are beautiful and well kept. there is a courtyard providing a tranquil space to enjoy a coffee in the morning. i noticed that this hotel is well-positioned for motorway connections and for access to the designer shopping outlet.

Our beautiful double room was fantastic. It was spacious and clean. A lovely view of the garden was available. The food was lovely. Service and friendliness from the staff were evident too. The table was arranged beautifully.
The room did not feature tea or coffee facilities.

the room was nice it was good size too. the food wasn't really good, but alright for me. staff was friendly, they helped when i needed.
i noticed some rust around the bath sink plug hole in my room. the curtains weren't properly attached, some light got in early. the pillows weren't really comfortable to sleep on.

I got married here, and i must say, the whole experience was excellent! the staff were so helpful and friendly. our bridal suite was amazing, i loved its spaciousness and elegant decor. Plus, the food was delicious!!!
i think a minor upgrade to the bathroom fittings would enhance the overall experience.
