i stayed in the beech classic double room. the room included lots of space for luggage. the quiet darkness, due to dorma windows looking onto woodland, helped me sleep very well. the staff were really lovely and helpful everywhere.

The hotel seemed recently updated. The modern design was noticeable. the room size was excellent, the bed comfy, and the fixtures first class. breakfast was also excellent. I chose the continental option, but a cooked breakfast was included. andrew helped promptly with a minor issue i had.
I found the grounds felt slightly shabbier, especially around our room. An overturned table was there
