the breakfast included a good choice of foods.
the shower pressure was inconsistent, fluctuating between good and bad. the temperature also varied from hot to freezing. this made showering quite unpleasant and difficult to regulate.

the staffs was helpful. they did assist with directions to local attractions. breakfast was good, especially the omelette, even if i waits a little too long for it.
the room showed its age. i saw a bit of mold in the bathroom near the skylight. the water pressure in the shower it's weak during peak hours, specifically before 7am.

The location proved fantastic for hiking. I saw Crumock and Buttermere. The staff were friendly and gave GREAT local tips. The flapjacks and fruit left out for walkers are lovely.
I thought the value was slightly off. The room showed some wear. I noticed frayed curtains

The hotel has amazing access for walks. It sits within a ten-minute walk to the lake. Surrounded by hills, it is perfect for scenic hikes that start right at the hotel doorstep, which gives many options.

The hotel welcomes dogs. There are yoghurts, flapjacks, and apples. Guests can take these items to enjoy later. A snooker room exists. I did not use it, but it is available to all guests.

The staff are helpful and cute. Nicola and Renata are professional. They offer assistance to all guests. I LOVE the fact that they remembered small details from our previous conversations.

Breakfast included many selections. The food at the pub was very good, AND the breakfast was superb. You are given the option to take the breakfast with you. It is a nice touch.

The staff were very attentive. The apartment room was fantastic, and the views from the double bedroom were very nice. The location is wonderful. There is much to see around, and other locations are a short drive away. I enjoyed breakfast (especially the omelette!).

The hotel has been refurbished and is very clean. The bathroom had a very big mirror and a skylight that allows daylight. Large, clean white towels are provided. The hotel also offers parking .

The location is superb, with mountain views all around. There are two lovely lakes and a waterfall nearby. The hotel is also close to a lake with beautiful views. I found this to be very convenient.
