the hotel has a great location close to the railway station. the breakfast had a excellent choice and fast service. staff members were friendly and helpful .
i found the room was bit old and in need of refurbishment. the shower had really poor water pressure.

The staff was really friendly, I am grateful for their helpfulness. My room offered sufficient space to store my belongings. The hotel's proximity to the train station was convenient for travel.
The heating in my bedroom did not function properly during the night. I noticed that the water pressure in the shower was quite poor. Parking cost £12 , which I thought was a bit steep.

My room had helpful amenities, including a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. The toiletries were of good quality, so I could pack lighter. I found the location of the hotel convenient, especially with its proximity to the train station. The staff were happy to help.
The car park directions are not clear, so finding it was initially difficult. Better signage would improve the arrival experience. It should state you take a ticket from the NCP car park, then turn left at the end of the hotel.

The reception was quick and efficient. My room was clean and tidy, I found it easy to get to by public transport. The location is convenient and close to the train station (only 20 yards away). The breakfast offered a great choice of food.
The car park is a bit awkward to get to around the back of the hotel and involves navigating a one-way system down an alley.

The hotel features a bar with a good selection of drinks. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in my room. I noticed the hotel offers plates and cutlery if you order takeaway food (a thoughtful touch!).

This hotel is right next door to the train station. Several cafes and restaurants are close, I noted a Wetherspoons around the corner. The Cathedral and the Castle Tula gardens are also nearby. (Perfect for a stroll!)
