riverside location large room dirty spa high drink prices
the location of the hotel is by the river , and i could hear the water. the room i stayed in was large. breakfast offered a good choice of food items.
the spa area looked like it needed better cleaning.

The room was spacious and clean. The bar was well stocked , and the staff were friendly. The spa was easily accessible from the hotel with free towels , if you are a guest.
Breakfast was limited and they kept running out of things quickly.

Really good stay, Spacious rooms and excellent service

I found the room quite spacious. It featured both a double bed and a single bed, providing ample space for luggage and movement. There was generous room for hanging clothes. Coffee, tea, and lovely biscuits were available. The view overlooking the river and waterfall was beautiful. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The provided beds and linens were of high quality.

Dinner offered a good choice of plentiful options. A large wine list included choices by the glass and bottles. The kitchen staff kindly accommodated my late arrival, ensuring I could order dinner. I appreciated this gesture very much.

The staff demonstrated friendliness and a helpful attitude. Janet at the reception had a good sense of humor. I noticed every staff member provided caring, professional service. They readily accommodated various needs that arose .

low pressure forgotten drink
i was a bit disappointed with a few things . the shower in my room had very low water pressure. it was barely a trickle!). also, the service in the restaurant felt a bit disorganized. one night, my drink order was forgotten entirely. it's a shame because the food itself was actually quite good, but the service let it down.

the location allows easy access to local attractions. i found the room very spacious. a shared balcony provided nice views. ample parking was available for all guests.
