the hotel grounds are immaculate. we were able to explore them in detail. our room was huge. it had plenty of fluffy towels and posh tea.

my partner and i got in touch with the hotel to book a room over easter 2025. the general manager started questioning me about my disability. he was not happy with a service dog in his hotel.

I found the lake view from my room so amazing. The gardens were immaculate and I could see the lake from everywhere. breakfast was a real treat with a selection of fresh fruits. I liked the option for a full english.

the room felt a bit small. the television remote didn't always work correctly. i noticed a stain ON THE carpet NEAR the bed, disappointing.
