efficient staff ample bathroom various choices
The check-in staff were friendly and efficient upon arrival. My room featured an ample bathroom with a separate bath and a shower. The breakfast menu offered various choices.

fluffy towels posh tea general manager service dog
the hotel grounds are immaculate. we were able to explore them in detail. our room was huge. it had plenty of fluffy towels and posh tea.
my partner and i got in touch with the hotel to book a room over easter 2025. the general manager started questioning me about my disability. he was not happy with a service dog in his hotel.

lovely location attentive staff spacious layout great setting
the LOCATION is lovely. the on-site restaurant included attentive staff. my room included a spacious layout. breakfast offered a great setting WITH wonderful views.
the television remotes did require a little patience, but that's all.

lake view immaculate gardens fresh fruits small room faulty remote carpet stain
I found the lake view from my room so amazing. The gardens were immaculate and I could see the lake from everywhere. breakfast was a real treat with a selection of fresh fruits. I liked the option for a full english.
the room felt a bit small. the television remote didn't always work correctly. i noticed a stain ON THE carpet NEAR the bed, disappointing.
