my room, a 'classic double room bath & over shower pet friendly', was not up to scratch. the shower pressure barely existed. it seemed like needles ON my skin rather than a proper wash. the BED was small and uncomfortable. pillows offered little support, so I woke up with a stiff neck EVERY day.

The room was comfortable with everything needed for my stay. The food was excellent. I had a room overlooking the estuary with glorious views. Staff allowed me to check in just after midday when I arrived.

The staff were friendly. The location is amazing and overlooks the bay. The breakfast I had was first class. I enjoyed every bite.
My room was not as clean as I expected. Specifically, the bathroom needed more attention. I could hear noises from other rooms.

Cobwebs were quite visible in my room, and i found a peanut on the floor. soundproofing between rooms is practically nonexistent. breakfast was quite poor. I found it average and unexciting. i think the price was too high considering the quality.
