The staff was very helpful and friendly, offering quick assistance at reception. Breakfast was amazing with a great choice of items. The bar was well stocked and had a warm, cute atmosphere. My room included hair conditioner, which allowed me to wash my hair comfortably.
The room was very warm even without the radiator being on and outside temperatures were mild.

charming stay

friendly staff plentiful breakfast onsite parking
I found the staff cute. They seemed pretty efficient. breakfast was delicious and plentiful. the hotel offers a good amount of on-site car parking which i appreciate (such a relief when travelling!).
the room felt a little tired, and the bathroom seemed small and somewhat dated. i noticed there was a lack of uk plug sockets, as i only had access to a single one in the whole room.

local produce friendly staff perfect location
the breakfast had a good choice of local produce. the staff assisted me in every way they could. the location suited my needs for walking along hadrian's wall. plenty of amenities were nearby.
the self check-in system was not obvious upon arrival.

friendly staff easy check-in rear car park
the staff were friendly and check-in was easy. the car park at the rear of the hotel was convenient. i also appreciated the food quality.
the hotel lift was out of service . this caused some inconvenience reaching upper floors. i found the noise from nearby rooms occasionally disruptive.
