great optionsconvenient locationslow servicehigh air
The location was very convenient. I could easily walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast offered great options. I particularly enjoyed the full English breakfast.
The service seemed slow at times, even when the restaurant was not busy. the air conditioning was set too high. It made the dining area uncomfortably cold during my meal.

a mixed experience i had

cheap turkeyrude manager
the xmas menu really missed the mark. staff didn't bother checking on us during the meal, and a staff member barged into me. the turkey dinner tasted awful because the turkey seemed to be cheap. the manager was rude and disputed our complaints, even questioning pictures of the food.

slow servicesmall room
i had a rather disappointing experience with the service. the staff seemed overwhelmed and slow (especially during peak hours). also, the room i booked, a 'cosy double room,' felt smaller than advertised. the overall stay was just okay, not what i hoped for from this place.

the hotel did not have a mattress for the travel cot. my baby had to sleep on the cot base with some blankets. it wasn't a safe surface.
