the receptionist was indeed cute. the room had variety of hot drinks and bottled water (which was a nice touch). the food was delicious. the staff recommended local places to visit and eat, showing great local knowledge.
the hot water was lukewarm in the morning, a small inconvenience for an otherwise pleasant stay.

the room was huge. it had a king sized bed and a chaise long. an open fireplace was also present. the bathroom was huge as well. it featured a deep bath and a huge shower cubicle. there was also a double sink.

the staff were all polite and professional. one staff member did amazing job to cope with us all staying there. he made sure everyone was happy, fed, and watered.

the room had a view overlooking the grounds. the king sized bed was comfortable. there was also a chaise long in the room, awesome for comfortable lounging. an open fireplace added to the ambiance.

breakfast choices were unbelievable!!! i had eggs benedict which was delicious on the first day. the next day, i enjoyed a full english. they even boxed up an afternoon tea for us to take home.

the hotel is popular for weddings because it has a nice bar. the breakfast presentation was very good. the excellent hotel has vast rolling grounds, great for photos! our room included two seats and a huge bed.
The hot water was lukewarm only in the morning. This meant a cool shower. i passed this to the receptionist on checkout, and he said he would pass this on to the marketing team! this is not acceptable
