central location friendly staff spacious room
the location was central near the lake, shops, and restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating to requests. breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. i really enjoyed the spacious room and bathroom.
the room needed some updating as the furniture looked a little tired. only one socket was available, this was used for the kettle. cobwebs were visible on the ceiling above the bed.

The location was central for everything. The room was clean and had all we needed. There was a nightclub downstairs. The bar included a live singer.

central location with friendly staff

excellent location friendly staff full breakfast
the location is excellent, just a short walk to the lakeside and piers. the hotel sits near shops, bars, and restaurants, and bus stops are close. i found the staff happy, friendly, and helpful. the breakfast was proper with a full english.
the shower had weak water pressure and only lukewarm water.

the staff were attentive and responsive to requests (especially when i asked for extra pillows). they seemed genuinely invested in.
