great variety breakfast buffet hot water receptionist assistance
The location was AMAZING!!! I had easy access to local spots. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options to choose from.
My arrival and check-in felt underwhelming. The receptionist didn't offer assistance as I tried to enter with luggage. There was no hot water when I tried to run a bath. I was informed the hotel was busy.

friendly staff leisure facilities
the staff were very friendly. leisure facilities seemed fine to me. the receptionist kevin, he was helpful, arranged the same room i had during my last stay. gary, he remembered me from last year and held our table in the restaurant.
