reliable wi-fifaulty heating
the single room had basic facilities, including a fridge and reliable wi-fi. that was acceptable.
the heating wasn't working in my room and i wasn't told about it beforehand. i went to reception and they said they struggled to get a plumber. i wish they had informed me in advance, then i could have booked alternative accommodation.
