i found the location convenient for exploring. it is close to the centre and public transport. parking was free and very convenient. my pet-friendly room was clean, spacious, and it had its own front door. the host was great, very friendly.
i noticed no toiletries were provided, only hand soap was available. it would have been useful to have more options available in the room.

Rob, the owner, found me a flat parking spot for my motorcycle at a nearby place, so helpful! The location is SUPER convenient, just a short walk to the town center. The dog friendly room is located at the back of the hotel, avoiding disturbing other guests.
There were no toiletries offered in the room, so remember to bring your own.

The location is perfect for exploring the town with pubs and shops within a short walk. The bus stop is close by for exploring the Lakes without a car. It's a fantastic starting point for many walks.

i found the parking facility safe. the owner gave advice for walks. the location has excellent access to amenities.
the shower wall was slimy and needed cleaning with mold and mildew remover.
