helpful staff nice towels many steps limited headroom
The front desk assisted with directions. they answered many questions we had. the towels were nice. The shower and beds were also good.
i stayed in a townhouse, and it was not ideal. i found a lot of steps to the room. the room was in the eaves of the building, so there was limited headroom.

the location was good.
i stayed in a townhouse and it wasn't great. there were many steps to the room, and it felt much smaller than the apartments in the main building. the limited headroom was a real issue.

the room was amazingly spacious, i suppose that was acceptable.

underwhelming experience

low ceiling smokey smell
the location was acceptable. it was within walking distance of the railway station.
the room i had was not good. it had low sloped ceilings and barely any headroom. it reeked of stale smoke. my clothes smelled of smoke the next day when i met my client.

Really good Stay

equipped kitchenette thoughtful package
Our spacious room featured a well-equipped kitchenette. I appreciated the thoughtful welcome package of crumpets, jam, milk, butter, and water. The bed was comfortable, and the room was super clean. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.
My apartment was in a roof space with low sloped ceilings and barely any head room. The dining table is unusable due to lack of head space. A previous occupant had clearly been smoking despite it being a non-smoking room, so it stank of stale smoke.
