the hotel enjoys a beautiful location. our room had lovely décor and comfortable furnishings. i found the bed particularly comfortable for a good night's sleep.
my room was slightly smaller, still functional however.

original features superb breakfast local items amazing location
i found many original features here. the breakfast tasted superb and included locally sourced items. i sampled the loweswater gold ale and enjoyed it very much. the location proves amazing for walks.
the tv could be a little bigger , but i didn't watch it much anyway.

i found the location very tranquil. the rooms are WELL equipped. the staff showed friendly attitude. the food was cooked beautifully. I will plan a return.
