allocated parking helpful receptionist faulty key card initial room sewage smell
allocated parking was a definite plus, particularly as parking can be tricky in the area! upon arrival, the receptionist was helpful and explained about the complimentary hot drinks and afternoon treats. selecting breakfast the night before was so convenient.
The initial room had a faulty key card. It only worked briefly. eventually, the mechanism completely detached. there was a strong smell of sewage on the first night, it filled the room. after a drought, this apparently becomes a recurring problem in the area.
