The customer service was excellent! The rooms were very clean and well kept. Breakfast was amazing. The quality of the food really stood out to me. I also enjoyed strolling through the area near the hotel to watch the sheep grazing in the nearby farmland.
The hot water in the shower took a little while to warm up. It was not a major issue, but it was slightly inconvenient.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay the room was clean and well maintained the breakfast had a good selection and was prepared with fresh ingredients. the hotel grounds were beautiful it was nice to take a walk in the morning i really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.
the bathroom in my room was quite small it was difficult to move around comfortably i would appreciate a slightly bigger bathroom in the future i feel more space would significantly improve the experience.

Our room, Willow, was disappointing. The bathroom was small. The bathroom door could not fully open. The two steps up to the toilet were awkward! The smashed avocado I ordered turned out to be guacamole. It was not what I expected with poached eggs.

i stayed in a garden lodge. it included a spa hot tub. the staff were friendly. breakfast was good. we got a private table in the piano room since we had our dog with us. we actually preferred this arrangement.
i found some issues. the room was too hot for me. there was no ice available when i ordered my drinks. also, i received warm water with my meal. these details need attention.
