The staff were helpful. One even crafted a custom cocktail for me. My room was spacious and plush, and the bed was SO comfy I didn't want to leave it. The food was AMAZING!!! The cheeseboard in particular, was fabulous.
I found that the night porter was a bit difficult and not particularly helpful .
