the location was superb. the staff were friendly and accommodating (i really appreciated their help). my dog was welcome, and they provided goodies and a water bowl. i found the roast dinner in the restaurant delicious.
my room faced the back, and the yard was not especially attractive.

the location provides easy access to the bus stop for exploring the lake district. the staff proved friendly. we particularly appreciated the great food available . the three-level layout of the hotel felt unique and added to the experience.
I noticed some scuff marks in the room because of the black decor. This was a very minor issue.

we found the food to be very good with generous portions during dinner. the bar's decoration was also appealing, and the dining room downstairs provided a pleasant atmosphere. the fish and chips stood out as particularly really good.

the hotel's location is fabulous, moreover, it offers free parking. easy access to the lake is possible with just a 7-minute walk. several restaurants are located near the premises, allowing a variety of dining options.

mixed feelings about this place
shower moldlate music
i wasn't thrilled with our bathroom. there was mold around the shower area, it felt a bit neglected. also, i found the noise from the pub downstairs quite disruptive. loud music went on late into the night. made it hard to relax.
