Really good Lunch and Friendly Service

lovely sandwich friendly staff excellent recommendation castle visit
i had lunch. the santa sandwich included turkey cranberry sauce stuffing and pigs in blankets with roast potatoes on the side it was satisfying. the staff were friendly and cute. i received recommendations for places to visit like muncaster castle and stock ghyll force.
i observed a minor issue the bathroom showed some wear but it was clean

missing car park lack of reinvestment
the staff were friendly, and the location was acceptable.
the absence of a hotel car park created difficulties. i had to circle the town three times at check-in to find parking. dragging luggage several hundred yards was not ideal at all.

the location was excellent. the food was delicious. the bed had nice soft pillows. i found the staff extra friendly . i am definitely thinking of coming back again sometime.
the room was tired. it looks like it was painted over and over again. i saw a mark on the ceiling from a leak above.

i enjoyed the delicious food available. steak and ale pie was amazing. the rooms are large.
the stairs to the third floor were a little inconvenient without a lift.
