cold coffee stained bed linen
the breakfast was okay , but the coffee was cold. i also found several large stains on the bed linen. i asked for it to be changed , but that did not happen. instead , i got two free pints. the bathroom had some hairs from previous guests on the shelf and in the sink.

lovely stay!
great breakfast perfect location cute team
i really enjoyed my stay. the breakfast had so much choice, and the lady each morning was very helpful. the hotel was super clean, and the location couldn't be more perfect! every team member, a great experience.
the room smelled a bit musty, i think there might be some damp issues.

helpful staff good breakfast lovely view
the location was ideal with bus stops nearby. a member of staff helped me with luggage. the breakfast offered good choices and was self-service. the pub had lovely views of the lake and mountains.
the walk to the hideaway rooms felt a little steep.

lake view friendly staff excellent service
My superior double or twin room offered a great lake view. It also had a walk-in shower, very convenient. the staff demonstrated consistent friendliness and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist. both the evening meal and breakfast at the hotel were good. the parking facilities at the location proved quite convenient.
the bed was quite uncomfortable for sleeping.

Fabulous stay near the lake!
fabulous location high-quality furniture easy checkout
I highly recommend this hotel due to its fabulous location. I stayed in a lovely room, and it had a great view of the lake! The room was clean, warm, and featured high-quality furniture. The parking to the rear is literally steps from the bedroom door, made checking out easy.
The welcome could have been better. There was a bit of a wait even though I was the only one there at the bar.
