The Hare And Hounds is praised for its well-equipped and spacious rooms, some even offering self-contained apartments like the 'Barn Annexe' where dogs are welcome. Guests appreciate the attention to detail and luxurious products, especially in the super-clean and spacious bathrooms. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions like Sizergh Castle and Levens Hall, both within a couple of miles, and a farm shop where you can watch the cows being milked; however, some guests have noted occasional noise from the kitchen extractor.
