The breakfast offered a very good variety. The staff stored my bicycle indoors securely. My room featured a comfortable bed and a large ensuite. It had both a shower and a clawfoot bath.

the grizedale suite featured a huge bed and a roll top bath. i found a walk in shower, hand basin, and toilet with free toiletries. the room also offered eight plug sockets and an electric velux blind. the hotel provided a coffee machine plus a kettle, separate tea, coffee and complimentary biscuits.

The hotel includes a bar downstairs and a pizza oven. delicious homemade pizzas are served there. there is also a lunch and evening menu available. Cask ales, lager, cider, cocktails, spirits and hot drinks are available too.

breakfast was included in the hotel price and it was very good. i had fruit juice, cereal and a full english breakfast with tea and coffee. the staff were friendly and the service was excellent and efficient, i noticed it was busy in the evening.

The luxurious suite featured a huge bed. A roll-top bath invited relaxation, and the walk-in shower offered convenience. Free toiletries added a touch of luxury, and plentiful plug sockets supported all my devices. I found both a coffee machine and a kettle, alongside a selection of teas, coffees, and biscuits.
The room felt smaller. I think it would not be ideal for a longer stay with a dog, it didn't leave much space.
