the staff were great they were so friendly the food was excellent i loved the homely restaurant and bar most of all the value for money was excellent particularly for the lakes i have since recommended this place to lots of people.
there was a slight wait for our table on arrival but was soon ready our drink order was delivered to the table with a drink missing but was quickly added to the order.

the hotel is positioned well for walks and a short drive to kirby lonsdale it provided opportunities for exploring the surrounding area and nearby attractions easily it made the stay convenient for both relaxation and sightseeing.

the staff displayed superb attention to detail and they ensured a comfortable and nice stay their dedication to hospitality was evident throughout the visit with nothing being too much trouble for them providing prompt solutions.

our suite featured a super king sized bed a children's twin room and a shared bathroom the master en suite bedroom offered a free standing roll top bath plus a separate monsoon shower enhancing the overall experience.

poor insulationlumpy bed
I found out later that this place is more for dinner crowds than locals wanting a drink at a bar. There were no stools or standing room. i just ordered a beer, sat at a table, and got questioning looks. also, the bed was lumpy and the window insulation was poor. :(

I had an excellent meal in the bar. The varied menu had food of great quality! The portions were perfect! The room was elegantly decorated! It featured a large bathroom with lovely toiletries. I was able to soak in the freestanding bathtub!
I found a 12.5% tip added to the bill. It was a surprise because the service was subpar.

The room was spacious, tidy, and super clean! It also provided all comfort! The large bathroom included a beautiful double-sided bath. Bathrobes and nice toiletries were a lovely touch, feel special.

The breakfast selection impressed me with high-quality options and proper coffee. It was a good start to the day.
The service was quite disappointing during a recent visit. I had to wait an excessive amount of time just to be noticed. the waitresses asked me multiple times to confirm my order. This caused some concern. a 12.5% tip was added to the bill, which i found surprising considering the level of service.
