attentive staff peaceful retreat delicious choices
I found the staff wonderfully attentive. They remembered my name. The Forest View room was super clean. It provided a peaceful retreat. Breakfast had local ingredients and many delicious choices.
The corridor carpets looked quite worn. They could use some refreshing.

The location was nice. the staff seemed friendly, but there were issues. the breakfast buffet was there, but some items were cold. When i mentioned it, they heated things up, but i still felt awkward. i did not like having to ask. the room i stayed in needed work! the tap leaked and i saw some black gunk. the furniture looked old. it,

quiet environment friendly staff excellent service
I found the breakfast quite good with sufficient choices. staff was friendly. Their service was great. the location provided a very quiet environment perfect for relaxation after busy days.
The shower pressure was not optimal. It dripped slightly more than flowed.

hard pillows morning light
I must state my dissatisfaction. The pillows provided were quite hard. This impacted the quality of my sleep. I also observed that the room became excessively bright early in the morning. This made it difficult to sleep later. The provision of blackout curtains would solve this matter.

fantastic getaway!
clean room forest view breakfast selection amazing curry
The staff were super kind and greeted me by name, a really nice touch! my room was sparkling clean, and the forest view was very nice. Birdsong woke me every morning. breakfast had tons of choices included. i even tried the mauritian curry for dinner, and it was authentic and amazing!!!
the stairs were a bit narrow, not ideal with luggage.

The traditional country pub vibe was fantastic. It's a perfect spot for local walks and enjoying a beer after. the food was delicious and the pub had a great selection of drinks! everything was so great!!!

the breakfast selection offered a good variety. the staff demonstrated attentiveness throughout my stay. the shower had really nice POWERFUL pressure.
my room's outlook consisted of dilapidated outhouses. some doors were hanging off. there was also rubbish lying about.
