the location was great. it was a close walk to restaurants. breakfast was superb. it had fresh fruit and homemade granola.
some windows would not close properly. this allowed cold air to get in. the downstairs disabled toilet was disgusting. it had not been cleaned.

The breakfast included was lovely! The staff were very pleasant and only a short walk from the station. It was convenient as I arrived by train. The staff were helpful when needed, they were not intrusive.
Some windows did not close properly, this allowed cold air inside.

The breakfast had many choices and mostly self service. Some hot food was also available to order. my room faced many trees. it created a peaceful atmosphere. i could walk down a quiet street straight to the lakeside.
the wifi connection was weak.
