The Cavendish Arms enjoys a central location in the charming village of Cartmel, making it a great base for exploring the Southern Lakes. Many guests appreciate the delicious meals served in the pub, along with a lovely breakfast. The full English breakfast is fine while the wild boar and apple burger are very tasty. While parking in the village can be tricky, the pub's warmth and inviting atmosphere are generally well-received, though some guests have found the smaller soup portions to be lacking.
