the staff provided secure motorcycle parking behind the hotel , a feature i found satisfactory.

i found the lack of a mini fridge in the room inconvenient , especially for storing personal items. also , the absence of water bottles in the room was a disappointment. the unavailability of halal options at breakfast presented a further limitation.

the location is great. restaurants are nearby. breakfast was great and so was the food. the staff provided peaceful and good hospitality. we booked 2 rooms and were happy with the cleanliness and comfort .

the room had a draft from under the room door and bathroom. there were no drawers. also, there was no safe. beverages were not refilled, even when available on request from the receptionist.

the staff members were very friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. i've stayed in several locations, and this was my best experience. it was lovely to see the wooden spoon and recipe in the room. the hotel was immaculate and the room was the same.

the price for one night felt high considering the location.

Breakfast was included in the room rate. It was a full breakfast.

I found no fridge in the room. When I asked for ice, the staff said they had none left. They eventually gave me 3 small cubes. I find this unacceptable.
