I stayed for three nights and found the zen suite quite satisfactory. The room included clear equipment instructions. The mini bar had a good selection. I found the staff polite and professional.

The heater in the bathroom would not switch off. The room became VERY warm overnight. The bedroom window latch was also broken.

ambient lighting free netflix hot breakfast hand delivery

the room was fine, i noticed the ambient lighting right away. netflix was free, great. breakfast arrived on time and everything was hot, i couldn't fault it. it felt special that breakfast was hand delivered. i had a great sleep.

i think the mini bar could be improved with wider selection.

friendly staff clean room great hot tub quiet atmosphere

I found the staff very friendly. the room was clean, and the hot tub was a highlight (i spent hours in it!). the location was great. It was close to the lake. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere and garden with its birdsong. It was a real escape from city life.

the spotlight at night was a bit too bright, it did disturb my sleep a little.

Amazing Suite with Great Amenities

The enclosed private cabin was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the hot tub, jacuzzi bath with TV, and shower and steam room. They provided great choices of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Real milk was a bonus. Breakfast delivery to the room was also very convenient. All staff members were helpful and cheerful, and they met all our needs.

The taps in one of the sinks didn't get hot!

clean room friendly staff helpful staff no air conditioning loud fan missing hook

The room was lovely and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. i also liked that the location was close to the lake (it made for easy access).

I found that the room got too hot. there was no air conditioning. Only a large fan was provided. the fan sounded quite loud when i used it, so i couldn't leave it on while sleeping. i also noticed there was no hook near the shower door for hanging a towel.
