The hotel location is great on the market square. Shops, bars, and restaurants surround the area. I found the parking arrangement seamless. Check-in was efficient.
The room cleanliness was not great on my arrival. I noticed drink stains on the bedside tables immediately.

The location proved very convenient (as it usually does).
I was looking forward to a relaxing few days away, but unfortunately, a constant noise, like dryers or washing machines running all night, made it hard to sleep. I am really not sure that's what I paid for.

the check-in process was easy and the staff were very lovely i had a room on the first floor overlooking the square the bathroom was superb i found the most comfortable night's sleep.
my room was rather small it was like an oven it was completely overheated.

I found my room really super clean and the linen felt super fresh. breakfast included a proper full english with locally sourced sausages. I loved it! the staff were very attentive, especially at dinner. The service was perfect.
