parking arrangement efficient check-in
The hotel location is great on the market square. Shops, bars, and restaurants surround the area. I found the parking arrangement seamless. Check-in was efficient.
The room cleanliness was not great on my arrival. I noticed drink stains on the bedside tables immediately.

Acceptable Stay with a Letdown
The location proved very convenient (as it usually does).
I was looking forward to a relaxing few days away, but unfortunately, a constant noise, like dryers or washing machines running all night, made it hard to sleep. I am really not sure that's what I paid for.

convenient parking stylish design responsive staff
I found convenient parking easily accessible near the hotel. The interiors featured a very stylish design throughout the public areas. The staff was responsive and addressed requests promptly and efficiently.
The elevator made a slight noise at times.

easy check-in lovely staff comfortable night
the check-in process was easy and the staff were very lovely i had a room on the first floor overlooking the square the bathroom was superb i found the most comfortable night's sleep.
my room was rather small it seemed like an oven it was completely overheated.

amazing stay in the lakes!
fresh linen local sausage attentive staff
I found my room really super clean and the linen felt super fresh. breakfast included a proper full english with locally sourced sausages. I loved it! the staff were very attentive, especially at dinner. The service was perfect.
the lift was a bit slow at peak times, but it really wasn't a big deal.

The hotel stands right in the centre. access to shops and restaurants is super easy! i found the car park was also a short walk away. This made arrival very convenient.

The team seemed happy to be there. Made such a difference to the atmosphere. the front desk was quick and efficient at check in and out! i received prompt service when i requested extra towels.

The hotel offered free wifi throughout. I had no issues connecting. i noticed there were a couple of cozy lounges downstairs. They looked great! a well stocked bar with a nice selection of beers was also available.

my room was well maintained, and it had a view over the main street, awesome! the bathroom felt modern! nice toiletries were also supplied. i enjoyed having tea and coffee making facilities.
