i am really grateful for the excellent service . the staff remembered my name each morning and greeted me warmly. the breakfast options were plentiful, and i especially liked the locally sourced ingredients. i found the on-site parking very convenient.
the wi-fi signal in my room was occasionally weak.

The views of the lake were indeed fine. there were great parking facilities. I never had trouble finding a spot. i also found the bed amazingly comfortable. I slept very well.
the breakfast service felt frantic, and the staff looked short. one morning i asked for a cinnamon roll, and i was told, "if it's finished, it's finished".. no alternative was offered. customer service seemed lacking in interactions with other guests, too.

the location was acceptable i guess it had views of something.
the room service was non-existent it felt a bit like i was camping not staying in some fancy place they never bothered to make the bed or anything the drinks at the bar were outrageous i could get a cheaper drink in central london that's saying something.

my room had beautiful views and i could see the lake. the breakfast included many options. i thought the staff were helpful and friendly.
the bar didn't have draft beer. the room showed some signs of wear. the carpets had stains and the furniture looked a bit worn.
