garden view missing view
the breakfast was acceptable.
The room we received definitely did not match what we booked. It lacked the garden view we paid for. i'm quite frustrated about paying for something that was not delivered. this is unacceptable.

super clean room beautiful bathroom stocked tray
I enjoyed the super clean room! It had a beautiful bathroom and a large walk in shower. The mini fridge contained fresh milk and water bottles. The coffee tray was also well stocked.
The walls in the bedroom had marks. They looked like they had been wiped, but they were still visible.

adequate stay, issues with room quality
carpet plate frayed carpet
the staff were friendly and cute.
the room i booked featured scenery in the pictures, but upon arrival, i received a room overlooking a neighbor's driveway. there were also marks on the wall, the carpet plate leading into the bathroom was loose, and the carpet was frayed. these issues do not align with a high standard.
